Ruth’s dedications included Church fundraisers, Women’s Guild, teaching Sunday school, and cherishing one-on-ones with her daughters. She was an ardent movie lover, meeting several movie stars in person, who came to know her by name. An active member of Eastern Star for over 10 years, she served as Officer, Grand Representative, and Worthy Matron (1983 to 84). Ruth enjoyed flying with her husband in their airplane, traveling abroad, experiencing other cultures and foods, and was philanthropic towards global and human causes. She will be sorely missed by all.
